ROMANIA SHOULD BECOME A NEUTRAL COUNTRY LIKE SWITZERLAND!
IT IS OUR DUTY TO ENSURE THAT OUR CHILDREN LIVE IN PEACE!
OPEN LETTER
TO PRESIDENT KLAUS WERNER IOHANNIS AND THE ROMANIAN GOVERNMENT!
Subject: Romania has not been attacked by Russia, so we are not allowed to get involved in the war!
Dear Mr. President!
You and the government were not authorized in the elections to lead Romania into war.
The citizens of Romania have the right to dismiss the President and the Government of Romania at any time if they endanger the lives of the country's citizens.
In the 20th century alone, some 200 million people died in wars, and I haven't even mentioned the 21st century.
War is good business for those who produce and sell weapons. In 2021, just 100 companies sold $531 billion worth of weapons, while one company - Lockheed Martin in the US - had sales of $65.4 billion.
Many people don't know this, but arms manufacturers and dealers have enormous influence over domestic and foreign policy. They plan years or even decades in advance and do everything they can to influence the outbreak of as many wars as possible and to sell as many weapons as possible.
In the 21st century, we must be wise, and peace must not be achieved through weapons, destruction and killing. In the future, peace must be achieved only through honest negotiations and love.
Between 2001 and 2016, the US conflicts in Afghanistan and Iraq (and related violence in Pakistan and Syria) cost an estimated $4.8 trillion.
With just $1 trillion, the US could have built up to 25 million homes in Afghanistan and Iraq and given them to the people there as a sign of peace and love. Not to mention the millions of jobs it could have created.
It's time for leaders who are not on the side of peace to leave politics!
Everyone says that Romania is the most religious country in Europe. Then let us prove to the world by our actions that not only do we believe in the existence of God, but also that we respect the commandments of our Heavenly Father and that we do not support war, but believe only in love and peace.
The citizens of Transylvania, Partium and Banat, and I am sure the citizens of the rest of Romania, want to follow the example of Switzerland and not participate in wars.
Switzerland is famous for having remained neutral in all armed conflicts since the Treaty of Paris in 1815, including the First and Second World Wars.
Why can't Romania remain neutral? Why do Romanian leaders want to take the country to war? Why does it want to send our children to war?
It is time to grow up, to become wiser, to learn from others and to follow the example of countries that made good decisions for their people decades or centuries ago.
God always warns us beforehand, and I am mentioning just one person among many, such as Arsenie Boca, nicknamed the Saint of Transylvania, who predicted before his death that Russia would invade Romania, 'and the capital would disappear from the map of Romania'.
The Romanian leadership must assure Russia that Romania will not support the war in any way in order to save the capital and the country.
If the Romanian leadership does not agree with the will of the people, I ask you to hold a referendum on this issue, because we cannot allow a handful of people to destroy the lives of millions of people.
Mankind is very naive to believe that NATO will protect us. We only have to look at what they have done in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan and we could go on and on.
For Transylvania, Partium and Banat, this is one more reason to break away from Romania as soon as possible and become a neutral country like Switzerland and not risk the lives of our citizens.
Thank you for your time.
