OPEN LETTER

PRESIDENT URSULA VON DER LEYEN

Subject: Independence from Romania 2023!

Dear President von der Leyen,

Justice makes a nation great!

A look at Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Malta, Luxembourg, Austria, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium and Denmark shows how much this is true in reality.

How nice it would be if Romania also belonged to the group of these countries. How much better our lives would be if Romania had wise and honest leaders, a just constitution and exemplary laws, like Switzerland. Then surely 8 million citizens would not have had to leave their homeland in the last 33 years (just one example Switzerland population 8. 7 million), and no one would have to demand independence from Romania today.

Unfortunately, Romania does not have any of these good qualities, but the most regrettable thing is that it does not even try to have them.

Europe needs leaders who are honest, noble, who know the difference between right and wrong, justice and injustice.

In Transylvania, people know that change is needed, but they are afraid to say it, because there are still countries in the European Union where intimidation still works today. And, of course, there are those who gave up a long time ago and no longer believe that change is possible.

As a Chairman of the Committee for the Independence of Transylvania, Partium and Banat, I feel obliged to do everything in my power to help my people to gain their independence from Romania.

I hope that you too, President von der Leyen, will feel obliged to do everything in your power to ensure that the will of the people of Transylvania, Partium and Banat prevails and not the Romanian constitution, which has never represented our interests.

Everyone must understand that Transylvania was once a sovereign and strategically important state in Europe, which we now want to restore, and we ask for nothing more than that our will be respected.

We want to create a place where future generations can live again in faith, hope, happiness and love.

All those European countries and politicians who continue to remain silent, as if everything were fine in Romania, are endangering the security of Europe. Because within Romania, not only Transylvania, Partium and Banat, but also other provinces are already working on secession.

I would be grateful, President Ursula von der Leyen, if you could make an appointment for us to meet with the members of the Independence Committee to discuss the fate of Transylvania, Partium and Banat.

I would like to ask you to set up a committee in Brussels to start negotiations between Romania, Transylvania, Partium and Banat as soon as possible in order to solve the problems that have arisen and to reassure all European citizens.

We publicly declare that our independence can only be achieved by peaceful means! Therefore, we must do everything, not only the Independence Committee, but also the European Union, NATO, the UN and all intergovernmental organizations, so that the government in Bucharest does not dare to prevent independence by force, be it through the army, the police or other similar institutions, does not send threats to the citizens, does not invade the communities of Transylvania, Partium and Banat with the army and refrains from the same terror against the people as took place in Timisoara and other cities in 1989.

We believe that we have the right to self-determination, the right to establish an independent country, and that this wish must be respected not only by Romania, but by all countries in the world. No one has the right to forbid or prevent us from deciding our own future and that of our children.

In conclusion, we would like to inform you that as of January 25, 2023, we no longer recognize the Romanian Government as an official government and that Romania is obliged to cooperate with the Provisional Government of Transylvania, Partium and Banat and hand over the entire administration no later than June 15, 2023.

We say goodbye with the hope that you, as President of the European Commission, will respect the will of the people of Transylvania, Partium and Banat and that we can meet as soon as possible to discuss our secession from Romania.

Thank you for your time. I would appreciate hearing from you soon.
